Our Process
We start with the “Discovery Consultation Phase”. Renters can contact us by filling out Consultation Survey, and a dedicated Apartment Connect team member will contact you with- in 24 hours. After you fill out our form or contact us through our social media, you’ll be paired with your dedicated agent. They’ll give you a call (or if you hate phone calls, exchange some texts or emails) to get to know a little bit more about you and what you’re looking for in your next home.
Finding the perfect apartment can be overwhelming. That's where Apartment Connect comes in. We make your apartment search a breeze! Our team expert uses the information gathered during your Discovery Consultation to create a customized search profile. This profile includes details such as preferred neighborhoods, budget constraints, desired amenities, and any other specific requirements. We then match your profiles with available properties, considering factors like location, price, and amenities.
We pre-screen potential properties to ensure they meet your unique criteria before presenting them to you as options, this can save you valuable time and effort in the apartment hunting process.
We combine the knowledge of the local market with the personalized service you would get from a concierge. Our database is regularly updated to ensure accuracy and inclusivity of available properties. Apartment Connect LLC provides a stress-free experience in your search for your dream apartment home.
We coordinate and schedule accompanied tours of the apartments you are interested in so you can see them in person before making your decision. We are with you to make sure all questions are asked and answered to your satisfaction. You will have an advocate during the process.
Once you have decided on your new apartment home, we will support you through filling out the guest card, application, lease signing and scheduling your move- in date.
We keep in touch with the community to ensure your apartment preparation is on time and assure all your paperwork is timely met so there are no delays for you. That’s a wrap, until about 9 months from now. When your lease is almost up, our team member will touch base to see if you’re still loving where you live and plan on renewing your lease, or if it’s time to repeat the process and find your next place!
